Terms and Conditions for the #CuraloeCartJoy Competition

1. Organizer: The #CuraloeCartJoy competition (hereafter referred to as "Competition") is organized and run by Curaloe, whose registered office is at Siriusdreef 17, Hoofddorp, 2132 WT, Netherlands.

2. Eligibility: This Competition is open to all individuals living in Europe, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Curaloe, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Period: The Competition commences on 21 December 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM on 24 December 2023. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

   • Step 1: Participants must fill their Wishlist on Curaloe's Website "My Wishlist – Curaloe Europe (curaloe-shop.com)" with items totaling up to €100.
   • Step 2: Share a festive photo of the filled cart on social media, tagging @curaloeofficialeu.
   • Step 3: Use the hashtag #CuraloeCartJoy in the post.
   • Step 4: Add a caption explaining why you deserve to win your cart for free.
   • Step 5: Tag two friends in the post.

5. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected by a random winner selection app based on a valid entry, as detailed above. The decision of the app is final and binding.

6. Prize: The winner will receive the items in their Wishlist up to the value of €100 only. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on 8 January 2024 on Curaloe's Social Media Channels & Website. The winner will also be contacted directly via the social media platform they used to enter for their delivery address. Should we not receive a response from the winner within one week of receiving communication from Curaloe, another winner will be selected.

8. Entry Conditions: By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

9. Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition may be used for the administration of the Competition and for future marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Liability: Curaloe is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

11. Rights: Curaloe reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.

12. Jurisdiction: The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by The Netherland's Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherland.

13. Acknowledgment: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms on which it is promoted.
